Boathouse Bourbon
A blend of two 4-year-old bourbons. The first is made from 100% corn, the second is made from 75% corn and 25% wheat, putting it on the sweeter end of the whiskey spectrum. This unique blend provides sweet notes of caramel, vanilla and a smoky finish. Over-proofed to not water down when poured over ice.

2 oz. Boathouse Bourbon1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 -2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Serve with a orange slice and cocktail cherry or muddle for a "Wisconsin style" Old Fashioned.
